This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and suka2 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using the suka2 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and truthful. suka2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (MyKad, bank statement, or other relevant documents) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 1,000 within a 24-hour period.
All financial transactions on the suka2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. suka2 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. The standard daily withdrawal limit is RM 10,000 for fully verified accounts. Players who have not completed identity verification are subject to lower withdrawal limits.
Suka2 processes withdrawals within 1 to 3 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM). Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or Malaysian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. suka2 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.
Suka2 reserves the right to freeze or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, suka2 will notify the player and request relevant supporting documents within 48 hours.
Suka2 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, game rebates, and seasonal special promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion as stated on the respective promotions page.
A rollover requirement is the number of times a player must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit) before any winnings can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x rollover means you must place a total of RM 2,000 in bets before the funds become withdrawable.
Suka2 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or manipulation of the bonus system. Low-risk or contradictory betting strategies clearly intended to meet rollover requirements while minimising risk — such as two-sided betting or excessive hedging — may result in bonus cancellation without notice.
All games available on the suka2 platform — including slots, Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger), arcade games, and more — are powered by licensed software providers using RNG (Random Number Generator) systems that have been certified by independent international auditing bodies.
The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is publicly published on the suka2 platform. Players are advised to understand that RTP is a theoretical long-term rate and is not a guarantee of returns in any individual gaming session. Each game outcome is independent and is not influenced by previous results.
In the event of a technical disruption or software error during gameplay, suka2 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the original bet to the player. Winnings arising from software errors or incorrect displays will not be paid out and will be voided.

All displayed odds are in decimal format and may change until the bet is accepted by the system.
All accepted bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the player. In the event of a postponed, delayed (beyond 24 hours), or cancelled event, bets will be refunded to the player at odds of 1.00 unless otherwise stated in the relevant sport's rules.
